Super Bowl Touch Down Dip

My sister makes this dip every year and it is always a hit! So, I stole her recipe and cleaned it up a bit. Made with Neufchatel cheese topped with homemade turkey chili and shredded cheddar, this dip is ready to be warmed in the oven and serves 15-18 people and weighs 3lbs.
