1 pound ground turkey
24 ounces tomato sauce
6 ounces tomato paste
garlic salt
ricotta made with skim milk
shredded parmesan

Brown ground turkey in a pot. You can either add your own favorite spaghetti sauce to the pot or I used tomato sauce, paste and seasoned liberally with basil, oregano, garlic salt and pepper. I bought a Veggetti at Bed Bath and Beyond for $15 (by the way, I LOVE it!) and made zucchini into noodles. Over medium heat, saute the noodles for 4 minutes. Put desired amount of noodles onto a plate, top with a small spoonful of ricotta, top with meat sauce and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
