roasted red pepper hummus

My original hummus recipe:
1 15 oz can of chick peas (also called garbanzo beans)
1 large garlic clove
2 Tablespoons water
1 1/2 Tablespoons tahini (ground sesame seed paste)
juice from 1/4 of a lemon
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Add the following to make roasted red pepper hummus:
1 roasted red pepper (the directions for this can be found under “vegetables” on this site)
1 teaspoon paprika
1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce (this can be found in the same aisle as the Mexican food at your local grocery store, it comes in a small can)

Combine all the above ingredients in a food processor and enjoy!
