1 15 oz can of chick peas (also called garbanzo beans)
1 large garlic clove
2 Tablespoons water
1 1/2 Tablespoons tahini (ground sesame seed paste)
juice from 1/4 of a lemon
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with your favorite sliced veggies.
